Hello. I, along with my father, two sisters, brother and sister-in-law, are Nicklesss living in the West Midlands. I have two uncles who also have the name of Nickless and one cousin. My father is Keith Trevor Nickless and his father was Donald Nickless, who was actually adopted by the Nickless family. From what I have discovered, however, he was adopted by the same family that his biological parents were in. I do not know if you have information pertaining to this, but if you do it would be greatly appreciated, by my father more so, who is interested in discovering more about our family ancestry as a pastime and has little information pertaining to it due to my grandfathers untimely death about nine years ago.

I am a Nickless currently living in Manchester, father David and grandfather George from wolverhampton. Not many people have heard of this spelling and it is a very rare surename. I have not yet met anybody yet who has the same spelling lastname, it is normally spelt Nicholas haha. My e-mail was too long to fit in the field provided, it is popa_georgio@hotmail.co.uk
I havent looked into the Nickless family tree yet, but I am thoroughly interested.

Interesting site. I am the great grandson of Albert Turner Nickless, and have a copy of his family tree at home. I remember visiting Great Grandad at his home on Liverpool Road inEaling with my grandad Phillip (his son) and my father Daniel (his grandson) prior to his death in 1981.

I am from Worcestershire in the UK - born 1949 - my father was Henry William Nickless, also from Kidderminster Worcestershire. His father was William Henry - and my older brother is William Henry too.
There are quite a number of Nickless numbers listed in our local telephone directory - mostly in the Bromsgrove / Redditch area.
When I was a child, Nickless seemed to be an extremely rare name, but as I get older, I realise there are quite a number of us!
